Many people especially women—find the tech industry overwhelming and struggle to identify the right role. This solution provides a clear end goal and a guided path from courses to job options, making the journey more approachable. It also evaluates personality traits to offer tailored role suggestions, such as identifying whether a UI/UX candidate may struggle with color perception or whether someone prefers non-coding paths. Recommended courses align with each role’s requirements, and salary insights add motivation by showing the potential career payoff.
The system’s uniqueness lies in its hybrid approach: a Weighted Scoring Model (WSM) combined with content-based filtering (similarity scoring). A rule-based engine, enhanced by an LLM API (OpenAI), generates dynamic, persona-specific questions to refine recommendations.
